Olly has over 20 years’ experience in the building sector, having started his career on the tools before progressing into management. He founded the business in 2018 and has since grown it into a company with two full-time staff and a trusted team of site-based subcontractors. Olly remains closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business and project delivery.

Paul brings more than 20 years of trade experience, having worked his way up from the tools into a management role. He joined the company following redundancy, looking to be part of a growing business. Paul is currently undertaking a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management and oversees the coordination and delivery of projects on site.

David has worked in various estimating roles and has developed a strong focus within drylining. He joined the business in June 2025 and works closely with new and existing clients, supporting projects from initial enquiry through to pricing and tender stage.
