Client: HBW Construction

Project brief: Install new wall linings to the perimeter of seven empty shop units. The linings comprised a 50 mm metal stud and a wall layer of plasterboard with a tape and joint finish. In addition, we created dedicated staff areas within each unit using 70 mm metal stud and plasterboard again with tape and joint finish. Installation of suspended ceilings throughout.

Client: Property Arc

Project brief: To create offices and communal areas within a new industrial unit. To install metal frame ceilings throughout the first floor and plasterboard to match boarding to timber stud work. To apply dot and dab to block work internal walls and apply a plastered finish throughout.
